Horn Of Africa Development Association(HOADA) is an independent registered non- government and nonprofit civil society organization based at Bandier Region . HOADA prime motto is capacity building/Basic services, delivery to the deprived and marginalized people of the society.In 1991 a group of educated, dynamic and like-minded men &women working in the development sector, got together to establish an organization, for addressing the most urgent and pressing needs of the people of Baluchistan. True to this spirit the organization was named Horn Of Africa Development Association(HOADA).
